We are a place to let go, a place to grow. We will provide resources for you on your personal journey with yoga and with other aspects of mind, body, and wellness. Our yoga class schedule offers something for everyone, so we look forward to meeting you on the mat!

  • Which classes should I take first? If you are new to yoga we would recommend any of the following classes to begin your practice

    • Intro to Yoga 7 Week Series

    • Chair Yoga

  • What do I need to know for my first class?

    • You may either register online prior to class or arrive about 15 minutes early to class so the teacher can get you registered. If you register online, please sign-in at the iPAD when you arrive. If you have questions, the teacher is happy to help! 

    • Yoga is practiced barefoot and on a yoga mat. If you don't have a mat, we have mats available to borrow.
