Free Yoga in the Park

Join Eileen on July 4th for FREE yoga in the park! We will meet at the studio at 9:00am and walk to Falls Park for an all levels class.
*If weather does not cooperate class will be held inside the studio.
Introduction to Yoga Series
Begins Monday, July 8th
7:15pm - 8:15pm
Intro to Yoga is perfect for beginners or any yogi that just wants to get back to the basics! This 4 week series will introduce basic postures, healthy alignment, and pairing movement with breath in a welcoming, relaxed environment.
Once completed with the series, students will be familiar with a variety of yoga postures and should feel comfortable taking any class offered at Exhale Yoga. In addition to the 4 weekly classes, purchase of this series includes 2 weeks free unlimited yoga* to help you continue along your yoga journey once the Intro to Yoga Series is complete.
Series begins Monday, July 8th and meets each Monday from 7:15pm-8:15pm through July 29th.

Mind Body Balance

Mindfulness is a skill that everyone possesses but becomes easier with practice! In this class, students learn about the many benefits of mindfulness, engage in mindful exercises, participate in a guided meditation and receive healing reiki energy to balance the mind-body-soul. Students learn how to create a deeper sense of relaxation through breath work and bringing awareness to their thoughts, feelings and environment.
Allie Edwards-Jones will be leading this class. Allie began practicing mindfulness and meditation to manage anxiety, which she has struggled with her entire life. Since making mindfulness and meditation part of her daily lifestyle, she has experienced an improved sense of overall well-being. Allie earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Ball State and continued on to earn a Masters Degree in Social Work from Indiana University in 2016. She is a Licensed Social Worker, Reiki Master and is certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Through her professional experience and personal mindfulness practice, she discovered her passion for assisting others with balancing the mind-body-soul.
